Youth Council

The Youth Council, a group of incredible young leaders from our Rising in Leadership and Ambassadors Program, are not just passionate changemakers. They are the ones who spread and ignite our work, ensuring we stay authentic to our mission. 

Our Youth Council plays a unique and central role in BGR’s decision-making and program development. Their advice on strategy and guidance for our organisation, which aims to advance black girl empowerment, is invaluable. 

As a united force, they spark change, drive action, and help BGR create a sustainable future for all. We, including the Youth Council, play a crucial role in this mission.
