Xoli is dedicated to empowering and uplifting the voices of young black women in the fight against climate change, with a solid commitment to environmental justice and community engagement. She is crucial in providing institutional and leadership support and creating mentorship, education, and advocacy opportunities within BGR. She spent more than 15 years educating intergenerational groups about ecological issues, co-developing a Youth Pan-African Climate Movement, and creating school programs that inspire learners to make thoughtful choices and older youth to discover their power.
